Lady Rams swept by Eastside

SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) - A great season comes to a premature end for the Worth County softball team.

The 1-AAA champions were swept by Eastside in the second round of the GHSA AAA playoffs.

Eastside won game 1 5-0 and took game 2 10-6.

Eastside advances to the AAA elite eight next week in Columbus.

Lady Rams end the season 28-4.

The silver lining is the Lady Rams return six players from their starting lineup for senior seasons next year.
