ALBANY,  GA (WALB) – We now have pictures from two separate car crashes in southern Mitchell county that killed two people this weekend.

This photo was taken on Old Pelham Camilla Road around 2AM Saturday. Sheriff's investigators say 47-year-old Ashley Carver of Camilla was traveling north when he lost control, crossed over the south lane, hit a ditch, then a tree. He was killed instantly.

The second wreck happened around 6:45 Saturday night killing 17-year-old Juan Lopez Valazquez of Moultrie. Investigators say the teenager was driving north on Bags Ferry Road when he lost control in a curve and flipped his Chevy Blazer several times. The truck even caught fire as you can see in this photo. The Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
