ALBANY,  GA (WALB) –  Taking Authority had an executive breakfast Friday morning to share ideas about stopping the violence. 

Stakeholders shared ideas over orange juice and bagels about the next step to build safer communities.

Members hope to achieve a better understanding and working relationship with businesses in this area to help them achieve their goals.

"It's very important that all community members, businesses and organizations come together to address this issue of violence and crime," said Demetrius Love of Taking Authority Marketing.

Taking Authority has more than 300 partners involved in the their Stop the Violence campaign.
