The Friends of Chehaw Park held its 10th Annual Walk On The Wild Side event Friday night.
The animals shared the spotlight with more than 300 people.
Attendees purchased $30 tickets to help raise money for Chehaw Park, while sampling food from local restaurants.
"You get to visit the zoo in the evening you get to sample foods, there is a silent and live auction, lots of networking going on also," Liz Gray, Friends of Chehaw.
Organizers hoped to raise more than $10,000 from the event.
