Americus, GA (WALB) – A three year old Atlanta girl drown at her grandmothers home in Americus Tuesday. 

Audrey Urda was found in a pool at 408 Wildwood Circle in Americus just before 10:30AM.

Her grandmother found her and performed CPR, but the little girl was dead.

"Her grandmother had retrieve Audry out of the pool and had begun CPR and EMS transported Audry but they were unsuccessful in recovering or reviving her," said Americus Police Chief James Green.

 Police said it appears to have been an accident.
