Murder indictment handed down - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Marlina Hamilton was indicted for murder late this afternoon.

Around 10:30 Monday night, police were called to a house where 33 year old Marlina Hamilton and 32-year-old Christopher Donaldson were arguing.

Officers ordered Donaldson to leave, but he returned two and a half hours later, and Hamilton shot him.

Prosecutors say domestic disputes are becoming more violent.
