BOSTON, GA (WALB) –A 16-year old driver is charged with vehicular homicide after a Friday night accident claimed the life of a 4-year old girl in Thomas County.
Georgia State Patrol troopers say the teen tried to make a left turn on U-S 84 and Eason Crossing Road in Boston when his Chevy Suburban collided with an Infiniti sedan.
The sedan was carrying Grady County residents John and Rachel King and their 4-year old daughter Makiah, who was killed.
The 16-year old's name is not being released because he is a juvenile. The teen is also charged with failure to yield while turning left and driving without a license.
More charges may be pending as the investigation continues.
