ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Firefighters and rescue crews responded to a fire at an Albany business Sunday night.

The left side of the Elite Realty building was in flames when crews arrived around 9:30 p.m.

Rescue crews and Albany police blocked off traffic on West Third Avenue while firefighters battled the blaze.

They believe an electrical shortage in a computer started the fire. No one was inside and the business was closed for the weekend.

Estimated damages are between $30,000 and $40,000.
