VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –Valdosta Police are trying to figure out how a man there was shot early this morning.

31-year old Andrew Crudup was shot around one o'clock on North Forrest Street.

Police think he accidentally shot himself, but they're still talking to him to find out exactly what happened.

Crudup was taken to a hospital and is expected to be okay.
