Dr. Jason Potocki presented Tyquis with his plaque at the Orthopaedic Associates Clinic on Wednesday.
Smith rushed for over 110 yards and scored a touchdown in the Indians shutout win over Berrien last Friday.
A win that snapped a 13-game losing streak to Region 1-AA teams.
Albany High hosts Thomasville High on Thursday.
Tyquis Smith said. "We have got a lot of confidence going into the next game. We got a big boost from the big win and we know we can put up points now."
