ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  One of the country's best companies to work for has a plant right here in Albany.

In an annual survey by an employer branding firm, Procter & Gamble was named the sixth most attractive employer. The rankings were based on surveys of college students from eleven countries who were asked where they would most like to work. P&G officials believe they were chosen because they offer flexible benefits, telecommuting in some locations, job sharing, and a culture where everyone is valued.

"I think the most important thing is that we understand our people are our most valuable resource and that's us P&G we are our people," said Vince Falcione, P&G External Affairs.

While we were at the plant Thursday pizza was brought in for a group of employees who worked hard to meet their goals. P&G products are sold in 180 countries. Google was at the top of the list.
