ALBANY, GA (WALB) – If you're interested in taking a walk on the wild side, Chehaw has an event just for you.     The Friends of Chehaw will hold the 10th annual Walk on the Wild Side fundraiser in two weeks at Chehaw's Wild Animal Park.

There will be more than a dozen food vendors, live entertainment, and auction items.   Money raised will go to park improvements.

Friends of Chehaw President Liz Gray said, "We would be so excited if we exceeded our goals this year.  Our goals this year are $15,000 to give to the park, and it would be wonderful if we just blew it out of the park with all the wonderful exposure we've had it's just going to be a great night."

Tickets are $30 per person, or $25 if you're a Chehaw passport member.     You can buy them at several locations around town or at the event on October 14th.
