More than 70 people got their body mass index checked while specialists offered them tips for healthy heating and weight loss.
The free program includes weekly discussions encompassing fitness, weight loss strategies, and risks of being overweight.
It's part of an effort to curb South Georgia's obesity epidemic. The final weigh in will be October 29. Prizes will go to the biggest losers.
