ALBANY, GA (WALB) – At New Testament Baptist Church on North Madison Street close to two hundred showed up for a day of fun and information.

The brotherhood from the church wanted to host a stop a stop the violence movement.

Local leaders and law enforcers talked to the group about taking a stand to prevent crime in their neighborhood.

The pastor says the church is the place to start.

The church also had fund and games for the kids and gave away free food to anyone who showed up.
