Dean Fabrizio said. "We have got a long region schedule with seven games. We have got to come out each week and play well. Prepare ourselves well. It will mean a lot to start out 1-0 but each of these seven games are important and they are going to be tough. "
Game time is 7:30 p.m. Friday in Leesburg.
The Trojans will find out Friday night if they are as good as their record in their region 1-AAAA opener against Northside-Columbus.
The Patriots, who moved up from AAA this season, are also off to a 3-0 start. Head coach Dean Fabrizio says the Patriots option attack will present a challenge for his defense. While the Trojans want to see their high powered spread passing game continue to light up the scoreboard. With six more tough games ahead, the Trojans want to start region play with a win.
