ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Sherwood Christian running back Mack Green is this week's Albany Area Player of the Week.Mack Green said. "We just had to come out fight hard. They were kind of a little bit bigger than us but our offensive line they took on a big defensive line. They just stood strong and fought."Sherwood Christian is back at home this week against Trinity Christian.
Dr. Tim Darden made the presentation at the Orthopaedic Associates Clinic on Wednesday.
Mack rushed for more than 120 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Eagles win over Bethesda last week.
It was a must win region game for Sherwood Christian.
Game time is 7:30 p.m. Friday.
