Moultrie, GA (WALB) – A Norman Park teenager was laid to rest Monday, three days after troopers say he was killed by a drunk driver.

27-year old Shane Bush remains in the Colquitt County Jail charged with vehicular homicide, D-U-I, and an open container violation.

They say he struck 19-year old Joshua Pritchett late Friday night as Pritchett got something out of the bed a pickup truck parked on the side of Georgia 33 near Doerun.

18-year-old Heather Jones was in the drivers seat.

She was treated at a hospital and released.

According to the Georgia Department of Corrections, Bush previously served time in prison on burglary charges.
