ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A new type of workout is making a splash at the Albany YMCA. It's called Aqua Zumba!
It mixes the Latin infused dance-exercise with water aerobics. Instructors say the new class is easy on the joints but still allows you to get a good workout while learning some dance moves.
The classes are only open to members right now. They'll be open to the public starting next Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00.
