TIFTON, GA (WALB) – A homeless man is in critical condition Monday morning after police say he darted in front of traffic and was hit by a car in Tifton.
Tifton police say 58-year-old Leroy Richardson ran in front of 26-year-old Mary Franks' vehicle while she was driving on Highway 82 near the Ridge Avenue intersection Sunday night around 10:30.
ranks will not be charged. Richardson is at Tift Regional Medical center in critical condition in ICU.
