VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A South Georgia theme park is spruced up and ready to fire up the rides for the spring and summer season.
Wild Adventures reopens Saturday. The park added some attractions over the winter.
A new aviary gives guests the chance to interact with exotic birds. The park now offers pony rides, and a new theatrical show that incorporates wildlife.
The highlight of Wild Adventure's new season is the high-profile concert series.
"On Saturday, March 14, we have Keith Urban. He's a huge country mega-star, so that will be exciting. We have reserved seats still available for that," says Micha Froehlich, Public Relations Coordinator for the park. "We also have a lot more concerts coming up. In April, it's Vince Gill and Amy Grant. We have Clint Black and Chris Tomlin--a lot of different genres of music. Whatever kind of music you like, we have a concert for you."
On March 28th, Wild Adventures' newly renovated Splash Island Water park will also re-open.
