ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Battle has been declared between Albany and Columbus. Which city can put together the most teams and raise the most money and awareness to fight Multiple Sclerosis?

A community walk to raise money for research of the disease will be held March 28th at Darton College. That same day, a walk will be taking place in Columbus as well. So naturally, a competition is brewing between the two cities and things are close right now.

Organizer Colette Jenkins said, "It is actually really close. Right now, today online, we have only, wow, 18 teams registered and then Columbus has 19 teams registered. So, what we're looking to do, obviously, is to out register teams in Albany and I know we can."
