South Georgia- Eighty-five-year-old Jack David Vickers was killed when his Chevy Pickup collided with Rudine Gaskin's Mitsubishi Montero Sport on Old Columbus Road in Coffee County. Gaskin was transported to Coffee Regional Medical center. Both drivers were from Willacoochee.

And a wreck on Ty Ty-Whiddon Mill Road in Tift County killed one woman and sent her four children to the hospital. The woman whose name has not been released was driving a Plymouth Caravelle. Troopers say she was making a turn onto a dirt road when she collided with Haley Lentz' Chevy Suburban.

Lentz and her two infants were not injured. The State Patrol's Reconstruction team is still investigating both wrecks. No charges have been filed.
