ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Two teams who have dominated girls basketball in AA will meet in the class A semifinals Wednesday.
Randolph-Clay Lady Red Devils will face Wesleyan tomorrow at the Macon Coliseum.
The Wolves have won seven state titles this decade and beat the Lady Red Devils in the semifinals last year.
Randolph-Clay head coach Jennifer Acree knows that Wesleyan has a powerhouse program but she also says her team should not be overlooked.
Lady Red Devils coach Jennifer Acree said. "The last time they played Wesleyan. They beat them by a point. So, they have that bitter taste in their mouth. As long as they have that bitter taste. That is all the motivation that they need."
Randolph-Clay and Wesleyan play at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Macon Coliseum.
