ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Deerfield-Windsor took advantage of some shaky Terrell Academy defense to beat the Eagles 12-2 in five innings in the season opener.
The Knights scored 11 runs in their first two at-bats of the season and Evan Boyd's solo homerun in the bottom of the fifth ended the game.
Matt Woodall allowed two runs in four innings for Deerfield-Windsor.
