Bainbridge College tests 4-day week

By Christian Jennings - bio | email

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Bainbridge College will test a new schedule this summer because of budget cuts.

The college will move to a 4-day week starting May 11th.  The trial ends July 31st.

It includes the Early county site in Blakely. The work week will be 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday with no classes on Fridays.

The shortened week is expected to reduce expenditures for energy. It's one way the college is adjusting to budget reductions. Feedback
