Rams scramble Benedict

 The Albany State Golden Rams gave Benedict College a rude welcome to the S.I.A.C. Saturday afternoon in Columbia, South Carolina.

  Senior Warrin Major threw for touchdown passes as the Rams spoiled Benedict's homecoming with a 34-2 victory.

   The game was the first ever meeting between the two teams in Benedict's first season in the conference.

   Albany State is now 5-4 on the season and 5-2 in the conference with a road trip to Southern California next week to play Morehouse in the Gold Coast Classic in San Diego.
