Armed robber hits Tifton car wash

TIFTON, GA (WALB) - Tifton police are searching for an armed robber who hit a local business.

Two employees at The Beverage Shop and Car Wash of Highway 41 North said a man pulled out a gun and demanded money Friday night.

The man then ran out the door to an alley behind the store. The suspect is a black man, dressed in all black with a black White Sox hat on.

    Fire Fighters at Fire Station 2 reported that a man approached the fire station bleeding from a chest wound.  They provided first aid and called for EMS.
