Albany- Hoover Mathis of Albany died while riding in a Chevy S-10 pickup truck with 55 year old Eddie Griffin.

Police say 27 year old Eric Murphy of Sylvester was driving his red and silver Chevy truck when he struck Mathis and Griffin as they were making a left turn.

Police are still unsure if anyone will be charged.
