VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A Valdosta man is charged with three counts of child molestation after a disturbing incident in February.

27-year-old Charles Daniel McDowell was arrested for disorderly conduct on February 18th.
Police say he fondled himself in front of multiple women at Walmart on Norman Drive.

McDowell had his young daughter with him at the time, and because of that, the grand jury indicted McDowell on child molestation charges.

"He was approaching women in Walmart and actually displaying his private parts, his sexual organs, to these women, and asking tem what they thought about it," said Valdosta Police Commander Eugene Bell. "Several of the people who were there actually made a complaint to Walmart. One lady in particular actually cornered him as he was leaving the store."

That woman actually blocked McDowell's car with her own, though police say you shouldn't take matters into your own hands.
