SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -A Sylvester teenager is arrested for robbing a restaurant just blocks from his home. Police say he fired a shot in the air after robbing employees outside Domino's Pizza.

18 year old Keithon Moore is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault,, and several weapons charges.

Investigators say just before midnight, as two employees were leaving the Domino's Pizza a masked gunman jumped out of the bushes. When they gave him a small amount of cash, the robber fired a shot in the air and warned them not to call Police.

After hearing a description, Police showed the employees mug shots of suspects, and they recognized the robber.

Lt. Issac Adams\Sylvester Police Lt. Issac Adams said "We located some pictures and showed them to the store clerks, and they came up with a positive ID. And we located him."

About an hour later Moore was found hiding in a home just blocks away, and Police recovered the gun. He is being held at the Turner County Jail.

 Sylvester Police remind businesses that Officers will give them escorts when they close and take their money for deposit.
