By Karen Cohilas - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The partially burned body of black man was discovered in the Jacksonville Community of Telfair County on Thursday afternoon.He was black man in his late 20's to early 30's, between 6-2 and 6-3, and approximately 195-pounds. He had short hair with a close-cut full beard.He was wearing blue jeans and a white hooded pullover that had a green design believed to be dice.His belt had a "Timberland" brass logo,and he was wearing casual brown leather lace-up shoes.The man had surgical scars on his abdomen and right forearm.If you can help investigators, call the Telfair County Sheriff's Office at 229-868-6611 or the GBI at 478-374-6988.
