GBI needs help to ID murder victim

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The partially burned body of black man was discovered in the Jacksonville Community of Telfair County on Thursday afternoon.

He was black man in his late 20's to early 30's, between 6-2 and 6-3, and approximately 195-pounds. He had short hair with a close-cut full beard.

He was wearing blue jeans and a white hooded pullover that had a green design believed to be dice.

His belt had a "Timberland" brass logo,and he was wearing casual brown leather lace-up shoes.

The man had surgical scars on his abdomen and right forearm.
