ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A traffic stop on the Liberty Expressway in Dougherty County Tuesday led to a narcotics arrest.

Police found dozens of bags of marijuana ready to sell in the car.

They charged 19-year old Tony Harris with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Dougherty County Police stopped him on the Bypass at Moultrie Road for not wearing his seat belt.

In the car they found 47-baggies of marijuana weighing 68-grams in all.
