ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
For the first time in school history, the Darton basketball team finished the regular season a perfect 10-0 in region play. The Cavs perfect record was tested Wednesday night by Middle Georgia but Darton prevailed in overtime 71-68.
"You know we just played hard and they kept playing hard and they kept depending on each other so I give it all to the ladies" said Darton Head Coach Laura Blackwell.
The Region Tournament begins February 24th at South Georgia Technical College in Americus.
