Albany -- An Albany man is in fair condition in a local hospital after being shot by someone in a passing car. 22-year-old Charles Bradwell was walking here in the 200 block of Ebony Lane in South Albany about 3:30 Tuesday morning, when he was shot once in the left thigh.

Bradwell told Police he heard a car driving by, but did not get a good look at who shot him.

Bradwell said he had just been dropped off by friends, and was walking to a relative's home. Police say they have no suspects.
