Adel - A South Georgia health care provider is preparing for ownership changes.
Memorial Hospital of Adel will soon be under the operation of SunLink Health Systems of Atlanta.
Hospital officials say the same healthcare, if not better, can be expected.
"We don't foresee any changes in operations or management, but we will have more access to capita," said Greg Griffith, Hospital CEO.
The new ownership is expected to take effect in late December or early January.
