Tift soccer star signs with Lander

TIFTON, GA (WALB) - It is not only the signing period for football players but also soccer.

Tift County's Kendall Couch has signed with division two Lander University in South Carolina.

Couch has scored 70 goals in three seasons with the Lady Blue Devils soccer team.

She also has earned all region honors as a freshman and junior.

Couch missed some playing time with a knee injury during her sophomore season.

Kendall has also played for the Albany Hotspurs club team.
