Albany- A two car accident at a major Albany intersection killed one person and left another in police custody.
A pick-up truck and a four-door Buick collided at the intersection of Clarke Avenue and Highway 300.
Investigators haven't released the names of the drivers. Officers say this is the second accident at that intersection Friday.
