Ashburn-- Turner County detectives need your help in catching a man wanted for aggravated assault.
The man who stopped to help a woman in distress whose car had overheated on Highway 159. But when she reached into the truck to get the cell phone he pulled a revolver and attempted to force her into the truck. He put the gun to her head and pulled the trigger, but the gun did not fire.
He's described as a white male in his late 30's or early 40's with wavy shoulder length brown hair, and Acne scars on his cheek. He's about 5' 8" with a mustache.
He left the scene driving a 70's yellow Ford pick-up that was dented. If you recognize this man please contact the Turner County Sheriff's Office.
