Valdosta - Lowndes County deputies pulled over a semi tractor trailer around 10 this morning for reckless driving. Inside they found several chemicals, a testing kit, and other components of a complete meth amphetamine lab.
Deputies believe the men in the truck, were moving their lab from Florida to North Georgia.
"The chemicals were so powerful that it knocked my deputy out when he first opened up the container," said Sheriff Ashley Paulk. "The ambulance came and he's okay now."
The men in the truck, James Roy and Bobby Eugene Carroll, both of Osceola Missouri, are being held in the Lowndes County jail facing an assortment of drug charges.
