AMERICUS, GA (WALB) -  An Alabama man and his son are now behind bars in Sumter County for arson.

26-year-old Wesley Kroll was arrested for the first degree arson and burglary of an Americus business.

His father 48-year-old Byron Kroll of Phenix City, Alabama was arrested three days earlier for the same charges.

December 30th firefighters responded to Georgia E-Fast Tax of McGarrah Street. That's where they found two drums of accelerant and burglary tools at the scene.
