ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Three men charged with robbing a WALB-TV employee are headed to prison.

They pleaded guilty Monday morning to robbing morning meteorologist Chris Zelman in our parking lot.

20-year olds Corey Jenkins and Terrence Phillips and 18-year old Eric Williams told the court Monday morning they saw Chris driving to work around 3:30 am July 6th 2007, recognized him, followed him to WALB-TV and robbed him when he stepped out of his car.

Police said they used his VISA card moments later at Woodall's on North Slappey.

They were arrested three months later.

They pleaded guilty to robbery by intimidation and were each sentenced to 10 years in prison.
