Gas prices in Albany have risen about six cents a gallon during the past week.
Brandon Richardson of Albany says he has to get gas more often because he drives a sports utility vehicle. He says paying more for gas makes him want to cut back on the amount of traveling he does.
At most gas stations in the Albany area, regular unleaded prices are about $1.28 per gallon.
