ALBANY, GA (WALB) -   A hospital is the last place a parent wants their child to spend Christmas Day.   Unfortunately, that's where lots of children will be when Santa arrives later this week. It's tough on families like the ? who never dreamed their child's first Christmas would be stuck in the neonatal intensive care unit at Phoebe Putney Hospital.
