ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany man is headed to prison for possession of child pornography.  

Forty-two-year-old James Hurd pleaded guilty Monday morning.  

Dougherty County Police raided his Whispering Pines home in November and seized his computer.

Prosecutors say ten child porn videos were found on the computer.

Hurd was sentenced to five years in prison.
