ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Two Albany teenagers were reindicted by the Dougherty Grand Jury this week for the murder of a Carrollton man at an Albany motel.

18 year old Patrick Jackson and 18 year old Lyndon Johnson are charged with murder, aggravated assault, and gun charges. Prosecutors say they asked for a new indictment to prepare for an expected January Trial.

The two teens are charged with taking part in a robbery attempt of 27 year old Brandon Todd at the Motel 6 in East Albany in November 2007. Todd was in town for a job interview and was killed in a shootout with the armed robbers.

Prosecutors say 17 year old Jimmy Teemer was one of the armed robbers. He was shot and killed by Todd.
