ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Investigators are trying to figure out the cause of an afternoon fire Sunday at an Albany car dealership.

Traffic on West Broad came to a halt as firefighters worked to extinguish a small fire at the Albany Lincoln Mercury dealership. Smoke billowed from the back of the service garage.

Firefighters say the fire started from burnt cables in an electrical room, but they don't know how they ignited.

The dealership was closed Sunday. No one was hurt, and no vehicles were damaged. The business had about $400 worth of smoke damage.
