ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Several college students walked across the stage with the hopes of walking into a new career during Albany State's graduation.

ASU awarded associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees at the civic center Saturday morning.

Included was the first combined Albany State and Albany Tech graduate, James Anthony Wright.

Wright was the first student to complete the two-plus-two Web Bachelor of Applied Science program between the colleges.

Vice Admiral Adam Robinson, Junior of the Navy was the keynote speaker.
