Albany- Around Albany, some rain and wind have drivers slowing down, and others trying to stay indoors.
At times, heavy rain made roads slick, forcing drivers to slow down. Water, Gas and Light trucks have been on patrol most of the day checking for power outages.
If you are venturing out, you better have an umbrella or raincoat with you, just in case.
