ATHENS, GA (WALB) - Georgia fans are disappointed their preseason number one Bulldogs went 9-3.
The good news from this season is the Bulldogs won nine games with a young team.
Georgia placed six players on the Coaches SEC all-freshmen team.
Ocilla's Justin Anderson is one of three Bulldog offensive linemen to make the coaches team.
Center Ben Jones and guard Cordy Glenn made the squad.
Receiver A.J. Green, the freshman of the year in the SEC, was an unanimous pick.
Defensive tackle DeAngelo Tyson and kicker Blair Walsh also made the SEC freshman team.
Arkansas had five players on the team and Alabama and Florida both had four.
