ALBANY, GA (WALB) - We hope you'll join us for Albany's Celebration of Lights Christmas Parade Saturday, December sixth, but be aware traffic will be blocked in downtown Albany starting at noon.

Here's the route the parade will follow downtown along Pine Avenue to Washington Street to West Broad Avenue and back to Madison Street. Starting at noon, side streets leading to Pine from Harding to Monroe will be closed although the two alleys that run parallel to Pine Avenue will be open.

The 18th annual parade starts at six with the lighting of the Community tree. If you can't make it downtown, you can watch it live here on WALB.
